One of our most favorite things to do during the summer is to take the train across the river into Williamsburg and go to the Brooklyn Flea. It's a beautiful outdoor market consisting of cool antique and new item vendors mixed in with some of Brooklyn's best food vendors. Little shopping...little food...great view...can't beat that! Except when the city is covered in a blanket of icy slush. However, never fear! The indoor Flea is (very) near! This year the indoor version of the Brooklyn is just 2 blocks away in a huge warehouse and many of the usual suspects of the outdoor Flea make their weekend appearances. Longing for a little taste of summer and some yummies, we jumped on the L train on this beautiful spring-like day and enjoyed some family flea fun. Try saying that 10 times fast! The outdoor Flea re-opens in April, woot woot!! But until then, here are some pics of our favorites from the indoor Flea!
